well usually over 100 is indicative of liver shunt and your pup is still young so symptoms can occur later
I personally if over 100 would have scintigraphy done myself just to make sure or you can wait for 30 days and have retested to confirm those numbers. I would recommend low protein diet for those 30 days to see if it brings down the numbers.
