Sometimes changing the position of how you hold the pup as you try to feed them... normal to try to hold them belly up so you can see if their taking it, if not flip hand over so tummy is down and offer some that way. Also keep pups and food warm, use a thermometer to get it about 104 degrees. Always test on your arm. I used to set up 3 syringes in hot water, and rotate cause they will cool down quickly.
Above all be patient, it can take 5-6 tries to get them to eat from a syringe/nipple.
