A couple things come to mind... I'm not saying that there couldn't be something wrong with this puppy, but sometimes yorkies just shake. A nervous or excited shake. I personally don't feed "meals" to my puppies. They have food available at all times. They know when they are hungry and if they need to eat and they should be able to. Especially at this age.
