If you do use Fish Mox or any other the other Fish antibiotics/medications, you should ask whoever you are purchasing this medicine from, if they could also send or fax you the directions to convert this medication so it can be used for dogs and cats.
With Fish mox - 1 capsule will treat 25 lbs. of body weight. Directions would be to dissolve 1 capsule into 10 cc of warm water, 1 cc of this solution will treat 2.5 lbs of body weight.
Directions also will say if it's safe for pregnant or nursing dogs and also what the best way to store the prepared medications is. :-) |
