Hi Carmen,
Thanks for the welcome. I have not had soft stools with Nature's Variety. I only use the Chicken and the Beef. I alternate between the two, but I think the little ones do best on the chicken to start. The texture seems to be a little easier for them. You know, puppies can have funky stools during weaning no matter what you feed them. I have tried just about everything and I have never found anything that comes close to Nature's Variety frozen raw. The puppies always wean well on it, even the picky eaters eat it well, and the condition of the dogs is great. You feed much less of this than you would a kibble and we do introduce it slowly. You might give it a try again sometime.
