That is very young for the mother to decide to stop feeding them. I have personally had the most success weaning puppies on Nature's Variety frozen raw food. Just thaw and serve. No need to mix anything up and the puppies wean very quickly on this. You can also mix in some goats milk and easily feed this to the puppies in a syringe. However, these puppies are so young that you are going to have to watch them very carefully for a few weeks. Everyone does things differently, but if the puppies are struggling and don't seem to be doing well trying wean this early, I would sit with the mother and see if you can't comfort her while the puppies try to nurse. Perhaps you could kind of "talk her into it" 3 or 4 times a day for at least another week or week and a half.
