I get the same header when I get logged out, and then I have to log back in.
Because you have so
few posts, the forum is automatically set-up to place some posts in "approval needed" - especially if your posts contain certain pre-determined keywords. This helps us avoid spammers, which we get a lot of - and they still get through, actually. This is same for everyone.
There is nothing set-up for your account that is specifically geared toward forcing your posts into approval mode, I can assure you.
