So sorry to hear this horrer story. I don't think your friend is a fit mom for a furbaby and no breeder should sell to her, she should be blacklisted not you! Even though your living life doing what you love, breeding yorkies, you are a business owner with resposibilities to yourself, family, your pup's and their offspring, and your customers. My husband is self employed in a business which he truely loves for the past 22 years and we seldom work for friends and family. We had a similiar experience. We learned everyone gets the same contract and we have the right to decline any job we are not comfortable with. This is a very tender subject some times but we know what we need to do to protect or friendships, after all we choose our friends, right? Good friends are hard to come by and I hope all small bussiness owners and breeders can learn from your experience.
