I agree with Mardelin, if the pup has been visible to you for that long and she is not actively pushing, or is not progressing with each contraction, it's time to get to a vet quickly. Given that it has not progressed enough for you to make heads or tails of it (literally) then the pup is not in a position where you can help her guide it out (which you would only do if you REALLY knew how to go about it).

Please, make a phone call to your vet (as you are getting ready to leave), explain the situation and get their advice. They will likely tell you to bring her in, but a call will help even more by giving them some notice as to what you are are on your way in with.
