Panting, not eating, not drinking, etc are all common for bitches after they deliver. I make it a common practice to hand feed my girls normally for about a week after the birth. I also have a nice sized syringe that I give them water mixed with Karo in it, throughout the day and night. They love being hand fed.

I cook them chicken breast, eggs, whelping pudding, burger, raw madallions, and I also break down only during this time and let them have ceasers puppy food. They do wonderful. And the hand feeding helps alot.

All Livis' activities that you are describing are perfectly normal Tammy. No need to worry.
