I wouldn't want a puppy that weighs 8 oz at 9 weeks! No offense to the puppy, and I know it happens once in a while, but it takes someone VERY special to deal with a dog that size. My puppies were 1 lb 8 oz at 9 weeks and they are going to be pretty small themselves - probably only about 4 1/2 - 5 pounds. I don't think she looks that healthy and to ask 15K for her is crazy.
