What I was speaking too, the federal law such as terminating a contract within 72 hours of purchase. It doesn't mean the car has a problem with it. Just the customer has the option of returning it without being liable for payments. I would think it would apply to anything that is purchased. Just wondering if this would null and void contracts that state you have 24 or 48 hours for vet checks. And contracts stating that you can return the pup but, the deposit is not refundable.

No that is not true in all states either....and I know for some states it is like only for door to door sales etc, just like Jen said.
I think there are only 4 states that have puppy lemon laws or at least 4/5 years ago that was it but hopefully more have added some of this to their state laws.
