Not all states have puppy lemon laws. But, lemon laws are predicated on puppy illnesses.
What I was speaking too, the federal law such as terminating a contract within 72 hours of purchase. It doesn't mean the car has a problem with it. Just the customer has the option of returning it without being liable for payments. I would think it would apply to anything that is purchased. Just wondering if this would null and void contracts that state you have 24 or 48 hours for vet checks. And contracts stating that you can return the pup but, the deposit is not refundable.
