Can anyone please advise? My friend has a 12week old yorkie pup and it has severe flaky skin. it has been bathed with prescribed shampoo but to no avail. puppy has been checked and has no fleas, mites, horrible other things and all is ok there. vet thinks pup may grow out of it but it looks awful. it doesn't make the pup scratch at all. someone suggested using head and shoulders shampoo!!!! Really need some advice for my friend as she doesn't know where to start on forums etc. I think puppy is on James Wellbeloved puppy food and is otherwise very healthy and happy.
