lol Well I'm actually more like a 6, that's why I said the size 4 dress runs big..cause usually a 4 will be tight on me but it fits pretty good
I think the wing top doesn't matter the size..cause it stretches and will look good anyway. Also the black top runs big..the dresses are more fitted.
