I've never used the milk aid......don't know the contents. Please check with your vet on the calcium dosage. It should be in accordance with the weight of your girl.

I usually give the goat milk recipe during and right after my girls whelp......making sure that they are eating 4 and 5 meals a day......Don't be surprised if she doesn't want to leave her pups the first couple of days....so, you may have to place her bowls within the whelping box or hold them for her while she eats.

Girls get a bit bigger with each whelp...their muscles tend to lose elasticity.
