because my chi was there first i always gave her everything first, her food, her toys, picked her up first, you get what im saying, its like your yorkie is trying to put herself as top dog, and in my opinion all puppis in multi dog homes will do this.
i also think a yorkies personality is much stronger then a chis so will push more. in my situation now its all level, and they know they get equal time and there is no fighting, dont get me wrong if there is a toy they both want there is a small scrap, but i just take it off them,
