Now THAT is a pretty good idea - I've been thinking about what I could do because I really doubt they'll stop this - they'll probably just get sneakier ....thing that's sad is I like these people... but honestly they're really hurting us financially by doing this...that's the worst part - It makes me wonder how they can have so many nice things - yet are too cheap to pay for services everyone else pays for ?

and I agree with being civil with my neighbors - I did know someone who got into a huge fight with her neighbor - she came home to 2 dead dogs ...someone had poisened them.

I never confront or fight with someone without trying to be respectful. This guy is pushing his luck a bit though lately...
