I would be putting my trash cans in the garage and putting a lock on the water faucet or take the handle off!!!! They would have free loaded for the last time............ The nerve of some people..... I would cool off first then go and tell them that they just took their last free ride on the free utility train...

You know my mom had a free loading neighbor that would just walk right in and not even knock and help himself to a cup of sugar or an egg, wrench, screwdriver, etc and also any sweets she had made cookies, cake or whatever. He would just say don't get up- don't mind me I know where it's at. So one day she made a special batch of brownies with a secret ingrediant (Ex-Lax) chocolate chips. Needless to say he never borrowed anything else after that......
