You're right she won't need her rabies until 6 or 7 months of age.
Don't worry about the size. There is no guarantee even if you do see the parents. Hey at 11 weeks the ears can still come, up....we'll help you. and the overbite. That can straighten itself up...pup still has it's milk teeth and she's not finished growing.
