I was able to get the two placentas out....special thanks to Kim ("peanut") for helping me and listening to my shaky voice over the phone. 
The third puppy also brought her own issues. Her placenta was COMPLETELY inside Livi....there was NO cord to work with and Livi was not pushing, no more contractions. I did what Kim suggested and was able to get VERY little cord...I held it as much as I could and Geoff tied off.
I feel drained, Geoff's drained and I KNOW that Livi feels the same!!! But oh my goodness....we are sooooooo lucky!!! Livi started pushing around 4:15/4:20 and was done by 5:40. I am already in love and thankful for their size! I will post pictures when I can....at the moment, we all look like we have been in a war zone.  |
Congratulations Tammy and Livi!!! 3 bouncing babies and all healthy!!! So happy to hear Livi did so well!!! Big HUGS all around. Now, if only you could package that puppy breath and send me just a wee bit
