No, I don't think so. Several things come into play when pups are growing that can take away from them standing readily. One the boy thing.....testicles dropping, then growing if they are growing pretty fast and a bit larger.....all the calcium is going to other areas of the body. Next the thickness of the ear leather and how heavy the hair grows on them......Most of my pups ears pop up on their own before they're 12 weeks of age.....other's I have to tape......

I usually tape them if they drop.....just to keep them braced.....
