The dollar spot at Target doesn't have any valentine's dog stuff. They did have very cute kid aprons but could fit a small adult too. Other cute baking stuff. But I did see a few dog items in the bins at joann's. 2 for $5 dog sweaters, bowls, treat jars, etc.
