May I ask what you feed her? I know of several dogs who have had these same issues while on limited ingredient diets or allergy diets...because their ingredients are limited also. I have also heard Lamb can be too rich and can cause problems for some dogs.

Also, try some Hagen Daz vanilla ice cream instead of the honey...it suspends the fats (I think the fats) in their system longer so they don't crash from a sugar drop from honey, Kayro syrup or Nutrical.
