Yes, there is an attachment for the harness. I really like the bag, Louis just isn't use to being in it. He can't actually jump out, he just tries to get out of the bag. If Bailey is use to the sling, I am sure he will be fine in this carrier. There are a lot of pockets, which I like. The bag is really cute too!
I am sure that you will like it. I just need one with a zipper top so Louis doesn't try to climb out.
