I am so glad he appears to be fine. Most clipper oils are very light lubricating mineral oils and because they are used in conjunction with animals (animal clippers) they are relatively harmless, because those oils when they come in contact with the skin while being used, are absorbed that way too not just through ingestion. Of course, the warning is because it is not meant to be ingested. The black grease that comes with clippers would be more of a concern than the oil, but obviously every animal can react differently, and Yorkies can be very sensitive, so you absolutely did the right thing being concerned and checking.
