I have a 5 year old yorkie, Kai, who has previously had a clean bill of health. This morning while we were lying on the lounge all of a sudden Kai jumped up and started shaking his head while chewing repeatedly like something was stuck in his mouth. Saliva soon followed, which began frothing.I thoughts somehow something was stuck in his mouth but couldn't see with his head shaking and the saliva. It lasted maybe 15 seconds (felt like an hour) and it was over. I cleaned up his face and watched him carefully from then on out but he seemed fine. Was this a seizure? I'm scared what may follow.It's too early in the morning to call the vet but I will as soon as they open. I'm just so scared for my little baby.
