My husband is a VERY VERY calm and easy-going guy...never gets mad at anyone, but he was like, "WHAT?! WHAT'S THEIR PROBLEM....WHY NOT?!!!" In the background, while I was on the phone with her.

Anyway, she has been having contractions this morning, digging, heavy panting. I offered her food but she wants nothing to do with it! I also offered her water because she has been panting and whining so much. She won't take it either. I am not worried about her eating right now, but I am concerned about her not drinking with the excessive panting that she's doing. How should I handle this? I did syringe some into her mouth, but this upset her...should I still do it?

Okay, I am going to start my kiddos some breakfast but will keep you guys posted on what's happening. Is it safe to assume that we will have new puppies today??
Good luck, it sounds like we'll have puppies today!

I'm out the door right now but will check back when I get home around noon.

Prayers going out to Miss Livi and her puppies.
