I dont have the bell, but on my sliding glass door I used a suction cup hook and hung this bell that has a dog head on it, I bought it this past christmas season ,,, it really is an tree ornament. I hung this on the hook of the suction cup that is stuck to my glass door and Kobe goes to the door and hits it with his nose or paw. Other wise he would sit there untill I noticed he was waiting. Even when he hits it I sometimes tell him to come to the front door to go out and he comes. I put this on the door one month after he was basically house trained. He is almost 6 months.
