The nerve of your neighbors! What is wrong with people! You have every right to be so totally upset! They shouldn't even be using your garbage cans...don't they have any of their own? As far as using your water, that is ridiculous. Is there a way you can take the handle off your water thing on that side of the house? I'd do that if you can and just put it on when YOU are going to use it. I wouldn't trust them after this and keep a close eye on them! It sucks to have neighbors like that! |
