I'd be interested to know what testing has been done and those results...ask your vet for copies of all test results for your own record. Bile acid test is simple and inexpensive. Good idea to start there, be sure to get a CMP/complete metabolic profile as well, this will include BUN/creat. The double set of teeth is an issue and may be causing some of the symptoms...but I doubt the vet will remove them without a blood work-up first. Hope this is something that can be easily fixed.
