Your best bet is to get a coat custom made for her since she is so tiny. Several people on YT can make clothes in that size for you. Me, ChloeandJ, Joy can make coats and a couple people on here also make sweaters. I also may have a few of my sweaters on my website that may come small enough to fit her.
