Are your babies related to each other, by chance? If they are...then I kind of wonder if it's some sensitivity they both have.
Otherwise, I'm not real sure. My guys can have quite a bit of variety w/out issues. They usually only get bad poo from something weird - like a tummy bug etc...and even that's rare.
