Received mine today. It is quite simple and will work well. I like that it has a window decal to help flag someone about a pet at home that needs to be cared for. Or worse yet, that a pet may have been in the car accident also

I am a supporter of being prepared 'just in case'. I ask the same of my father who resides alone now and I also do it myself. There is a thing called ICE (in case of emergency). While I believe it is intended for potentially different purposes, we all have our primary contact showing as ICE and then the name in our cell phone address book.

If we are in an accident and can not speak for ourself, our primary contact is identified in our cell phone that we 'usually' always have with us.
