My Fiona had only barked a few times since we've had her. She will be 10months old soon. I recently changed her food and she barked a lot the first few days she was eating it. She had so much energy. I have 2 other dogs and they bark a lot. My Ella (schnauzer) barks all the time!! She has a high pitched bark and it gets really hard to deal with. It may be that Fiona doesn't know that is what Ella is doing because it sounds so weird!
She has a timid personality any way. I think that has a lot to do with her not barking. I am happy she doesn't bark much. Not sure I could handle 2 vocal ladies in the house!
