I understand your reaction on the high cost of a vet bill....it's outrageous!!! I live in Ontario and it's a crazy high price here too......
That's one of the main reasons I chose to go with Embrace - they do cover genetic conditions (as long as they're not pre-existing). PetPlan is another good one that covers genetic conditions.
