All of them respond to their nicknames too. Maybe you should try lying! My brother would take me & Jinx walking at the beach during the summer. When he wouldn't show up she would get a little depressed. Then he told her he would come the following day & take her walking at the beach. He never showed up. The next 3 to 4 times he came over to visit she completely ignored him! She wouldn't even resond when he took her favorite toys. She only forgave him when we went back to the beach. LOL.
