i used cesar milan techniques. (when he's trying to get his point across to a dog he does this shhhh sound) my dogs really respond to that. of course there's more to it, but it's pretty similar to the above post and learning the stay-sit command.
it worked pretty good, at a time i thought they'd never get the point, but right now lewie and manolo sit and just watch as the door opens. |
