We used ours tonight, and both Copper and Maddie smell amazing. I am really glad that I read the reviews and everything first because I would have used way too much had I not been forewarned. I wet them then I put a little shampoo in a small cup of warm water and just pored it over them and it worked really nicely, good lather, and rinsed really well.
This was very different feeling on their hair, not like anything else I have used before(almost waxy), but after they were dry they were both very soft and Maddie was so shiny, I will definately keep using this.
Maddie looks amazing, Copper looks about the same but he smells very nice. (he is very soft coated) I also noticed that they were both very easy to comb out, which is almost never the case for Copper. I didn't have to spray in anything else to get the tangles out (but would love a detangler for daily brushings
