I think maybe we should all say a prayer that the person that has Cookie, finds it in their heart to return him safely. Gen you have done nearly everything possible, outside of hiring a PI, to find your baby. You have done so much good for others with lost pets as well...I believe wholeheartedly, that God will repay you for your good deeds. He will keep Cookie safe, he will show this individual the light, he will bring Cookie home.
I feel your frustration, I want to share my hope and faith with you, because I believe.
