I had posted about this topic before and it's an iffy situation. One insurance I checked out only covers accidents ONLY!! They will not cover any illnesses or something that that particuliar breed is prone to....what's the good of that??!!
So, when I take Lucky to my Vet next month for his Heartworm medication renewal, I am going to ask their opinion on who is best for coverage. I mean if anyone knows who gives good coverage it would be the animal hospital.....right?
I understand your reaction on the high cost of a vet bill....it's outrageous!!!
I live in Ontario and it's a crazy high price here too......
