I know this is the Eastern Canada thread (and this isn't related to that) but since you're talking about anal glands... a question... how often do you need to have the glands expressed?
Bella usually goes to the groomer every 4-6 weeks (sometimes 8 weeks - depends on how shaggy she gets, what season it is, if we have any special events for which she has to look especially lovely)... and I've never even thought about glands being a problem. I'm just curious... how long can one go without expressing them? (You'd think after having little ones for over 20 years, I'd know this!)
