Why in the world world he be off leash to begin with?
Your just asking for trouble allowing a small dog to run around
without any leash on. He could get hit by a car, attacked by
another dog, carried off by a bird of prey the list goes on and on.
If you love your baby protect him. No need to teach him how
NOT to chase a car. That should be the last thing he's taught!
