9 pounds is PERFECT and hardly begger than the breed standard.... which really is kind of a silly standard nowadays seeing as how yorkies can be 2-25 pounds haha!
Mine are 2 and 4 pounds and I wish so much that they were 9..... they are too fragile when they are tiny and there is more to cuddle and play with when they are bigger!
Tell those dumb people to shhhhhh!!!!!!!
