Why do dogs poop in the house? They have all day access to the outdoors in a very protected covered totally enclosed pen via a doggie door. They go outside when I go in the yard, they go out to look around but the seldom go out to poo. I also have pee pads and they don't use those either. Now that it is raining here I have pee pads everywhere because the primadonnas won't step foot on dampen ground. Ugh I just don't understand.
