im ashamed to say i dont know what kind of breeder she is i didn't buy gatsby he was a graduation gift so i cant say if she had blood work done Gatsby is not neutered(allergies)but has not sired puppies he is just my baby and thats the way it will stay until the day he dies if it was safe to have him neutered i would have
