Hi and welcome to YT! First of all, let me tell you.....my girls are very fussy. I have to keep changing their diet. And the bottom line is, they only like meat. I've been getting deli meats, with no fat, then I mix it with Natural Balance beef and turkey rolls (which has all of the needed nutrients. I have read where other people sprinkle parmesian cheese on the food. It won't hurt them, and I suppose it's good for them, I'm not aure. But if I give mine too much cheese, they get aoft stools.
As for the rain, that's always a problem with our little prisseys! lol I have paper trained mine, so they will go either place. But, I also bought them raincoats, so they don't get too wet, because I always like to take them for walks. I also saw aomewhere (you could do a google search) they have an umbrella for dogs. The thing is like inverted, and the leash fits right thru it. It's hard to explain, but it looks like it would work.
