I have the same issue sometimes with Chuchi in the park. When he is off the leash he will sometimes approach people and get distracted and the people don't mind but I want to keep him safe and not have him that friendly with strangers. I wish he was that way with dogs and his confidence around them which still seems to be quite reserved. Any advice would help me as well!
