My Becca lost 3 of her front bottom teeth before she was 3 years old. Her doctor examined her for problems and found nothing - he told me that the teeth in some small dogs just aren't rooted well and there's not much to keep them held in.
Becca never lost another tooth and her little grin stayed as beautiful as ever. She never had any problems eating or chewing. I hope that's the case for little Apple, but I think you should have your vet take a look and make sure she isn't developing a gum disease or something else that he can help treat.
