Plain Cheerios are pretty bland so I'm not sure if they would aggravate any allergies.... but of course it depends on what the pup is allergic to I suppose. Tatum usually gets 2 Cheerios when she comes in from pottying and sometimes she gets a few just to do tricks. She loves for me to throw them up in the air and she jumps to catch them. She also likes to chase them.... I slide them fast across the floor and she runs after them. I would say on average she gets up to 10 a day maybe.
